Hillary Sloate Mosaics

Hillary was awarded a Creative Projects Grant from the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County, MD, to create a new body of work, based on endangered botanicals.

Hillary will be giving a lecture on "School Mosaics" at the Society of American Mosaic Artist's conference in Chicago, March 17th.

Hillary's article on Mosaics in Jordan is in the Winter issue of Groutline Magazine.

Hillary is currently artist-in-residence at Ashlawn Elementary in Arlington, VA.
